Global Ecology and Environmental Group has announced today the acquisition of Earth Active, the global environmental project-finance firm that unlocks billions by aligning investment with international environmental standards and Living Earth.
This acquisition signals Ecology Group’s accelerated ambition to become a global market leader in ecological and environmental consultancy.
Founded in 2018, Earth Active bring extensive experience working in and with a broad range of organisations including development finance institutions (DFIs), commercial banks, private equity and project development organisations.
The business de-risks investments in the most challenging environments – identifying and helping resolve issues, build capacity within financial institutions and their corporate clients, and support our clients’ communications and disclosures.
